The faculty of the 16th Annual Living Donation Conference is requesting case study submissions for consideration for oral and poster presentation at the conference this April. Please read carefully and complete all questions. Uploading a CV, completed conflict of interest form, and instructor information form are required to submit an abstract. Forms can be found below. Remember that submissions must be less than or equal to 550 words and blinded.

Blinding Instructions

Submit two copies, one as written and the second fully blinded abstract (including attachments) with all potential identifiers removed (i.e. author(s) name(s), facility name(s), geographic location).

Deadlines:

  • January 6 at 11:59 PM ET - Submission deadline
  • February 5 -  Primary author will be notified via email
  • February 12 - Deadline to accept or decline the invitation
