Important information: Exhibit tabletops will be placed in the foyer area where participants will enjoy breakfast and breaks.  Our exhibits consist of one 6’ skirted table, two chairs and a wastebasket. All materials and displays must fit within this 6’ deep (front to back) x 8’ wide space. No materials may be adhered to the wall. Popups are permitted but must fit behind your tables. Pipe and drape setups are NOT permitted. Payment must be received prior to the event. 

Sponsors will get to choose the location of their table, all others will be on a first-come first-served basis upon arrival to the conference. An attendee list will be provided, including email addresses, but only includes those that opt-in to sharing their information with exhibitors.
