Target Audience: Transplant professionals and physicians with leadership responsibility for quality, regulatory compliance, performance improvement, and data management in addition to staff working in these specialized areas of transplant programs and transplant hospitals.

Tabletop Exhibitor                                          

  • Fee:  $1,500                    

  • Includes: Exhibit tabletop    

Exhibits consist of one 6’ skirted table, two chairs and a wastebasket.  All materials and displays must fit within this 6’ deep (front to back) x 8’ wide space.  Nothing may be adhered to the walls by your table. Silver and Tabletop exhibitors will need to pay separately for their conference registration.

In an effort to encourage visitors to your tables, breakfast and coffee breaks will be served in the foyer where your tables will be placed, as well as the Wednesday evening Welcome Reception and poster presentations. We will also introduce a scavenger hunt activity for attendees to visit each exhibitor.
