Blinding Instructions

Submit two copies, one as written and the second fully blinded abstract (including attachments) with all potential identifiers removed (i.e. author(s) name(s), facility name(s), geographic location). You will see fields designated marked as blinded or non-blinded. 

Word Count:

Please ensure that your submission is equal to or less than 550 words. Both the non-blinded and blinded submissions may each contain up to 550 words. Please use a word counter tool such as https://wordcounter.net/ before submitting. 

Deadlines

  • October 9, 2024 -  Call for Abstracts Opens

  • February 3, 2025 at 11:59 p.m. Eastern- Call for Abstracts Closes

  • Early April 2025 - Primary authors will be notified regarding abstract selection.
